IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

Overview

At Kardium we develop medical devices to treat atrial fibrillation. We have FDA‑approved Globe® Pulsed Field System and are a growing public company. This role reports to the Team Lead, IT Service Management and is based in Burnaby, BC. It requires an on‑site, rotating and variable schedule, including evening shifts, weekends, and occasional statutory holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for employees.
• Manage end‑user accounts and permissions across IT systems.
• Onboard new employees and contractors.
• Assist with software and hardware setup and configuration.
• Source and install new equipment.
• Maintain AV solutions in meeting rooms.
• Support technology enablement for building management system.
• Provide input on IT requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
