IT Support Specialist — Microsoft 365 & Security (Helsinki)

Academic Work is seeking an IT Support role based in Helsinki, Finland. You will work closely with business operations to maintain a stable IT environment, support users daily, and gain exposure to maintenance, automation, and cybersecurity work.

You will assist with managing user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD and handle Microsoft 365 tasks. The ideal candidate is currently studying IT, fluent in Finnish and English, and eager to develop in a collaborative team.
