Manager and as a member of the MCC BC Information Technology team, the IT Support Specialist provides the delivery of I.T. services that enable MCC BC teams to carry out this mission. This hands‑on, support‑ and ticket‑based role requires an IT professional with proven experience who can work independently to resolve a broad range of day‑to‑day technical issues.
