IT Support Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer for one of our financial clients. This candidate will provide onsite and remote support for U.S.-based end users, including executives, traders, and managers, while assisting with a large BlackBerry-to-Intune migration. This candidate with handle software support, break/fix issues, monitor setup, cabling, and white-glove desktop support, while collaborating with the Tech Support, Client Deployment, and Trading Support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
