IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

The function of the IT engineer is to support the IT Manager in the daily work to ensure that every employee is able to work.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Support employees in both networks, LATelec, on all hardware relevant topics (provide PC, display, power supply, etc.).
• Setup new PCs for the LATelec network with a LATelec master.
• Manage and keep track (inventory) of all LATelec hardware.
• Handle communication with hardware / software suppliers.
• Create / process / follow access requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced English
• Experience 5 years in IT technical support
• Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
• Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
• Work with high reactivity and under pressure
