Position Overview
The IT Support Associate provides first‑level support for all end‑user systems within Canada Goose’s global infrastructure, including corporate and retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st‑level support via the Corporate and Retail Queue for Windows, macOS, manufacturing, and point‑of‑sales systems (phone, email, and in‑person).
- Record, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system.
- Handle onboarding, off‑boarding, and modifications of user accounts and access.
- Configure and support workstations, tablets, cell phones, and audio/visual conferencing technologies.
- Set up and support printers, copiers, IP phones, and other peripheral devices.
- Image and configure workstations, laptops, point‑of‑sales, and other computing equipment as required.
