Role Overview

The IT Support Analyst role is a hybrid position that requires expertise in technical support and incident management. The role will focus on technical monitoring and support for IT application and infrastructure services, ensuring that all production events are recorded and transmitted to a higher level in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor application and infrastructure alerts, record and resolve production problems
  • Identify and share technical problems with dedicated support teams
  • Execute technical deployments
  • Coordinate main deployments and infrastructure migration changes
