IT Support Agent ( XML, SOAP, REST, querying a SQL database )
Location: Mallorca, Spain. Permanent with trial period. Salary: €18,000–25,000 gross per year, dependent on education and experience. Start of employment: ASAP. Travel requirements: 10–30 days per year.
Summary of Role
We are looking for a new colleague to join the IT Support and Integration department. You will be supporting and helping users of our web interfaces and partners connected to our system. Our team works daily with general questions, monitoring trends and performance, investigations of issues and finding solutions to help our support clients in the best possible way. Our IT support team is involved in all parts of our system, providing an overview of the entire business process from purchasing to selling.
