IT Researcher (Recruiting)

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Researcher to join our Global Recruitment Team. Your main focus will be on identifying and engaging IT talent across different regions, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines.

Daily Scope of Work:

• Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks.
• Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates (including cold outreach) and build initial engagement.
• Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports.
