- Dealing with existing internal candidates in the UK/Ireland and guiding them about the UK job market.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Creating and optimizing technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the candidates.
- Setting up the UK job board for the internal candidates.
- Hiring candidates as per the organization’s requirement.
- Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
- Getting up candidate profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.
