IT Pricing Systems Analyst

About the Role

Medtronic’s Global Offer Development Systems Support Team is a functional business support group for the global Pricing & Contracting (P&C) community. As part of this team, you will provide guidance to end users on pricing systems such as Vendavo Enterprise Suite, SFDC Pricing Requests, Conga CPQ, and PROS CPQ, and other emerging commercial enablement tools. You will enhance system utilization, drive corporate efficiency, and improve user satisfaction. This role combines frontline functional and basic technical support for global pricing and contracting applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and “how-to” requests while maintaining a stable, well‑documented pricing systems environment aligned with IT service standards and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities
