iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Engineer (L2) – Warehouse Operations to join our Team in Markham/Vaughan, Ontario!

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer (L2) to support warehouse and office IT operations in Canada. This role is responsible for advanced technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support, network issue resolution, handheld device management, monitoring response, and operational optimization in a 24/7 warehouse environment.

The engineer will serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues and work closely with warehouse operations, vendors, and regional IT teams to ensure stable and efficient IT services.

This role will initially split time between the old (Markham) and new (Vaughan) warehouses. In the future, the employee will be based at the new warehouse full-time.
