IT Officer

The IT Officer supports Sunrise Credit Union’s technology infrastructure, systems reliability, and end‑user services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Systems Support, this role provides hands‑on technical expertise in network operations, server administration, endpoint management, and user support.

The IT Officer ensures that technology systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational policies and performance standards. Working closely with the Director, Systems & Security and CIO, the role contributes to system maintenance, cybersecurity readiness, and ongoing technology improvement initiatives that support Sunrise Credit Union’s digital transformation and member service excellence.
