Description
The End User Support / Deployment Technician will support customers Cisco ISE and SDA campus modernization initiative across hospitals in the region. Looking for technical consultants to assist with network migration efforts by moving endpoints from legacy infrastructure to newly deployed switches and wireless networks.
Technicians will work directly with hospital employees and clinical staff to identify, validate, and migrate devices while minimizing impact to patient care operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and flexibility to travel between hospital locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Network Migration & Endpoint Support
+ Migrate endpoints from legacy networks to new network switches and infrastructure.
+ Assist with device re-IP activities and network connectivity validation.
