IT Infrastructure Specialist

What You’ll Be Contributing

• Act as the highest technical escalation point (Level 3) for complex infrastructure, cloud, and network issues beyond the scope of Level 1 and 2;
• Lead the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud (Azure), on‑prem, and hybrid environments;
• Drive proactive infrastructure health initiatives, capacity planning, performance tuning, and availability improvements to meet or exceed SLA targets;
• Architect, optimize, and secure Azure and on‑prem environments — including compute, networking, identity, storage, and backup/DR;
