Opportunity Description
Kaseya is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician in Medellín to provide hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and partner with the IT Service Desk team as the company grows.
You will own L1/L2 incidents, configure Microsoft 365, manage devices with Intune, and coordinate with ISPs to meet SLAs, while maintaining documentation and communicating across R&D, Sales, and operations.
