Primary Responsibilities
IT Operations
Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end usersModify configurations, utilities and software default settingsSupport and administer Windows ServersBackup and optimize databasePerform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and networkProvide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshootingInstall, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. Assist with PC setup, IT system and access for onboarding of new users Qualifications
Diploma in Information TechnologyMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageProficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointKnowledge of Windows Operating System
