Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, logistics, or related fields.
- Essential: US citizenship or green card holder.
- Willingness to relocate to Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QAD, etc.
- Experience in multinational ERP implementation or support, ideally with U.S. plants.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, production, or supply chain, especially in aerospace industry.
- Technical knowledge: ERP systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL; configuration of Inventory, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules; data validation, system integrations, and...
