Our client is searching for a Senior Manager for Contracts Management in the Enterprise Platform Services domain. This role is a 12‑month contract that will leverage your experience in IT contracts, vendor governance, and strategic sourcing. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for contract requests, including MSAs. Negotiate and execute contracts while ensuring internal compliance. Manage vendor relationships and contract lifecycles proactively. Evaluate third‑party vendors and analyze proposals. Report key vendor management metrics for analysis. Requirements
Solid experience in IT contract negotiation and management. Background in technology procurement and supplier governance. Familiarity with infrastructure and data center services. Proficient analytical and communication skills. Undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
