Data Privacy
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the company’s global data privacy program.
- Ensure compliance with major international regulations (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, etc.).
- Conduct privacy impact assessments, compliance audits, and risk reviews.
- Review contracts and vendor agreements for privacy risks and regulatory alignment.
- Monitor evolving data protection laws and provide internal guidance.
- Build and deliver privacy training programs across the organization.
