Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Type: Contract
Compensation: Negotiable
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: 40 hrs a week

Responsibilities
+ Support multiple cloud-based business applications within the IS Administrative portfolio.
+ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
+ Work with support teams to troubleshoot application defects.
+ Coordinate issue resolution with technical teams and vendors.
+ Assist with project management responsibilities.
+ Monitor and maintain timeclocks and other hardware across the St. Jude campus.
+ Available to work on-site, as needed, for on-campus-related issues and activities.
+ Proactively engage with stakeholders & vendors to support delivery of solutions in line with business plans. ...
