Provides technical administration, support, and analysis of the company’s critical network and business systems, including both the hardware & software environments. Ensure overall integrity of company network and all external services (ensuring LAN/WAN network connectivity remains active, secure and accessible at all times.
The Role
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Cloud environments, including Exchange Online, Active Directory, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing governance and authentication services;
- Support administration tasks include patch management, system hardening, antivirus management, certificate maintenance, and security remediation activities;
- Apply metadata tagging, data classification and retention labels in SharePoint;
