IT Asset Manager

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to operationalize the IT Asset Management framework , ensuring that asset records, lifecycle events, and controls are executed consistently and accurately across regions, platforms, and asset classes. The Global IT Asset Manager acts as the operational backbone of ITAM , turning policies, standards, and governance into reliable, auditable data and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Global Asset Lifecycle Execution

• Execute and oversee hardware and non‑license asset lifecycle activities (onboarding, deployment, redeployment, refresh, retirement).
• Ensure lifecycle events are accurately recorded in Flexera.
• Support secure and compliant asset decommissioning with regional teams.
