IT Asset Management Support

The IT Asset Management Support Specialist will be providing general support under the direction of the Supervisor of Technical Support
for the management of end-user IT assets such as monitors, peripherals, laptops and others. Key job functions are to receive shipments
from vendors, return of assets from employees, cleaning and basic reconditioning of IT equipment, inventory management, inventory
reconciliation and asset recovery of data-bearing devices. They will be responsible for assigning assets to users to meet business
requirements, updating inventory systems, and providing other general support for end-user IT assets. They will also coordinate shipping
and logistics to meet end-user hardware requirements.
