IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our global Infrastructure & Cybersecurity team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals across Mexico and Latin America who enjoy working with enterprise technologies, ITSM platforms, and process improvement while collaborating with teams across the United States.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.
Maintain the CMDB and ensure inventory accuracy across multiple systems.
Coordinate laptop deployments, hardware refreshes, onboarding, and asset tracking.
Manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT Asset Management processes.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
