IT Applications & Integrations Specialist

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Application Support professional in Mexico City to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for incidents and service requests. You will configure and maintain enterprise applications, and support updates and enhancements to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include designing and supporting API/EDI integrations, and collaborating with business users, Global IT, project teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions. Fluency in English is required.
