Investment Syndicate Manager (Santiago)

We are seeking a Syndicate Lead to manage our syndicate on AngelList, from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio companies post‑investment.

This will either be a paid position with no carry or an unpaid position with meaningful carry. Either is fine.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and Networking

• Build relationships with top VCs globally to source deals.
• Network within the community and LP base to grow the investment pipeline.
• Establish and expand your personal network in the venture capital space.

Investment Diligence and Pipeline Management

• Manage the investment diligence process from start to finish.
• Create and deliver detailed investment memos for internal and syndicate distribution.
• Filter and analyze the investment pipeline, ensuring high-quality deal flow.
