Investment Operations Analyst
- Provide administrative and operational support for the maintenance and ongoing management of the approved fund list and model portfolios, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Support fund onboarding activities, including coordination of documentation, data collation, system setup support, and liaison with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and compliant onboarding of new funds onto the investment platform.
- Provide administrative support relating to the management and upkeep of fund risk ratings, including data validation, record-keeping, and platform updates.
- Assist in periodic reviews, updates, and housekeeping activities related to investment lists, model portfolios, risk ratings, and onboarding records to ensure alignment with internal governance and control standards.
