About the Role

Support mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Build complex financial models, draft marketing materials, manage due diligence, and collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients.

Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow , leveraged buyout , and merger models. Conduct comparable company and precedent transaction analyses. Perform sensitivity and scenario testing to stress‑test assumptions. Manage due diligence checklists, coordinate data rooms, and track requests.
