Investment Banking Associate 2 Software M&A

Our client, an elite boutique investment bank providing strategic M&A advisory services to software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies, private equity investors and venture capital firms, is looking to add a Associate 1/2 to their team. This is a collaborative, high-performance team with an unwavering commitment to delivering best-in-class outcomes for every client. This role will sit in San Francisco. No visas, recent grads or bankers without Software M&A experience.

Associates work directly with Managing Directors during all facets of the M&A advisory transaction life cycle, including transaction development, transaction execution and transaction negotiation and strategy.
