Investigator - Halifax

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Security Services at the Halifax Shipyard, responsibilities will include:

• Conduct internal investigations involving theft, fraud, threats, trespassing, harassment, and discrimination.
• Focus on operations, information gathering, and contact development.
• Build and maintain a networked web of information to proactively reduce risk to customer operations.
• Internal incident management and reporting.
• Assist in developing initiatives to protect the organization’s facilities, properties, and employees.
• Regular meetings with the Management team of the Shipyard to update on possible risks and corrective action being taken.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years experience in law enforcement or related field.
• Previous knowledge of camera systems / CCTV systems.
