Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist plays a major role in monitoring of stock levels, stock-out and movements. Maintain accurate inventory records, and supporting inventory documents. Lead monthly physical and weekly count. Intensify daily inventory on TOP TEN (10) Cosmetics Finished Goods experience using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with IT, Warehouse and Logistics teams in adherence to the polices and procedures. Report any discrepancies to ensure proper adjustment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Controlling and Monitoring

• Accurate encoding in ERP-VAULT of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) .
• Ensure proper documents for inbound and outbound transactions for ERP encoding.
• Tracking of inventory stocks – maximum and minimum level, stock out and movements.
