We are seeking an experienced, highly organized HR/Employee Relations Contractor for a 3-6 month assignment to support our APJ region. This individual will act mainly as a dedicated coach and guide for people managers navigating complex, low-performance cases.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, handles high-volume workloads with ease, and possesses strong employment law knowledge across multiple APJ countries (with particular emphasis on India and Singapore) (other focused on US and Canada). This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can effortlessly switch contexts between strategic case coaching and cross-functional operational partnership during case resolution and offboarding.
