Interpreting Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interpreting Project Coordinator to support our Interpretation Operations team.

This role serves as a critical operational partner to the Interpreting Project Managers (IPMs), helping ensure assignments are staffed, executed, documented, and closed successfully. The Coordinator provides essential support during high-volume periods, covers assignments when team members are unavailable, and helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable communicating directly with both clients and interpreters. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career within the language services industry.
