JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support day-to-day recruitment operations within the Talent Acquisition team.
-Assist in the student hiring process for Bermaz Auto.
-Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups for selected candidates.
-Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.
-Participate in career fairs and other educational or recruitment-related events (as needed).
-Gain exposure to interview procedures and candidate assessments.
-Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.
-Learn and support the orientation process for new employees.
-Help with the registration of new employees in the HR Information System (HRIS).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
-Attention to detail.
-Minimum internship period of 6 months
