You'll take responsibility for a select group of clients, offering them tailored attention and solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily account management and client service.
  • Deliver proactive, personalized client service, including handling transactions (such as FX, Liquidity Funds and Corporate Actions), processing payments and asset transfers, and managing cash flow (loans and deposits).
  • Support Bankers with credit related documentation and fiduciary structure services.
  • Advocate for digital initiatives.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and serve as the team's backup when needed.
