This position is with a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming senior care. Their mission is to honor seniors with VIP care that delivers better health outcomes, supported by patient-focused services, including no-cost transportation.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: $250,000 - $270,000
* Bonus: Up to $20,000 in the first year, with potential increases as a partner
* Partnership Opportunity: No buy-in required, with eligibility within 12-18 months of start date. Partners typically earn over $300,000 annually.
* Paid Time Off: 33 days total
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental options for providers and their families
