Internal Controls Analyst III – Automation and Data

Responsibilities Understand existing manual internal controls and translate them into structured, automatable logic, developing solutions aligned with market best practices. Define and clearly document automated workflows, including triggers, execution rules, exception handling and evidence generation, ensuring traceability, consistency and adherence to control requirements. Develop automations in Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), integrating sources such as SAP, SharePoint, internal systems and external APIs. Use Microsoft Copilot to build intelligent agents and support control review and triage processes. Connect systems via REST/JSON APIs, performing data ingestion, processing and movement between platforms. Develop Python scripts for data processing, automated validations, evidence generation and complementary integrations.
