Responsibilities

  • Support a Senior Agent for all Procurement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of governance material for executive level viewing.
  • Work with legal documentation.
  • Participate in negotiation strategies and contractual terms.

Qualifications

  • Enroll in a business administration or supply chain management program; experience in change management.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, good communication and planning skills.
  • Capacity to summarize data analysis and communicate the outcome clearly.
  • Strong customer orientation, demonstrate flexibility and autonomy, manage multiple priorities.
  • Good contractual knowledge.
  • Resourceful with a drive for results.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and French.
