Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Assist in reviewing IT-related contracts

+ Support compliance efforts for FDA, HIPAA, GxP, and licensing agreements

+ Help manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

+ Conduct legal research on data governance and regulatory frameworks
