The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the El Carmen Manufacturing Facility in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in mapping current state processes and identifying areas for improvement within manufacturing operations.
• Collect and analyze data to quantify process inefficiencies and potential gains from proposed improvements.
