Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

**Overview**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
The Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst role is a multiskilled, cross-functional position responsible for conducting user research, creating detailed PMO to FMO process flows, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into automated, digitized and scalable system and process needs. Familiarity with Wireline and Wireless Plan-Design-Build processes, strong Agile knowledge, technical writing skills, data-driven analysis, and proficiency with collaboration tools are required.
This role will support the PathWave Software Program by analyzing business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. They will partner with cross-functional teams and support data driven analytics to improve efficiency and program outcomes.
