Our financial services client is seeking a Intermediate Technical Help Desk (12-Month Contract) to provide first-level support for banking technology and applications

Join a technology and operations team delivering 24/7 enterprise support across multiple internal business lines within a major financial institution. This position focuses on resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues through phone, chat, and email channels. It offers the opportunity for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment based on performance and need.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: Remote unless needed to come into office. Required if equipment issues.

Must Haves

  • Minimum 1 year in a help desk or technical support role providing end-user assistance
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and related banking applications
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow for request and incident management
