Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims Specialist Mississauga

You will manage a portfolio of Third-Party Claims while engaging in all stages of the claims process. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling Intermediate Bodily Injury claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury claims
• Collaborate with underwriting and senior leadership stakeholders
• Investigate claims determining liability and quantum
• Attend mediations, pre-trials, and settlement processes
• Settle claims directly with Plaintiff’s Counsel

Requirements:

• University degree, college diploma, or CIP designation
• Minimum 3 years of claims handling experience
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
