INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT – HERITAGE

Experience

• Architect in good standing with the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ) or the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture.

Skills

• Significant experience in contract document preparation, construction‑phase services, and contract administration.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and technical detailing.
• Knowledge of built heritage conservation and interventions on existing buildings.
