Job Description
- Prepare the detailed shop-drawings from design drawings.
- Develop drawings while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design.
- Create concept designs for Office, Restaurant, Clinic, Residence, and Villa projects.
- Review and check shop drawings received from sub-contractors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments including design, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Construction teams for the preparation and submission of shop-drawings for approval, including details for civil works and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) parts.
- Ensure all shop drawings are done to company's standards, are constructible, practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and support good profitability for the company.
