Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Chief, Architect-Engineer (A-E) Support Section, responsible for work related to negotiations of A-E contracts and subsequent contract modifications. Recruitment incentives, including student loan repayment, may be offered to highly qualified candidates. Responsibilities Supervise a workforce consisting of engineering technicians, and professional architects and engineers. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
