Title: Integrative & Functional Medicine Physician
Location: Delmar, NY
Shift: Full-time (4 day work-week)
Responsibilities:
* Provide integrative, patient-centered clinical care
* Evaluate and treat patients with Chronic and complex conditions
* Collaborate closely with a diverse, highly supportive clinical team
* Contribute to a growing practice that values time, connection, and thoughtful medical decision-making
Requirements:
* MD or DO
* Licensed in New York
* Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine
* Clinical background in Lyme Disease or tick-borne illness
* 2-3 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine or similar field
