Integration Engineer - Operations

Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As an Integration Engineer – Production Support , you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of backend systems that integrate enterprise platforms, APIs, and third‑party services. In this role, you’ll proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues, investigate logs to identify root causes, and collaborate with Senior Engineers and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation. You’ll communicate effectively with stakeholders during incident resolution and have opportunities to automate routine tasks and contribute to the development of AI‑driven tools that enhance backend support and enable auto‑troubleshooting.
