Role Overview

The role involves supporting finance-related Integration & Separation (I&S) projects arising from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. The individual will work closely with CFOs and finance stakeholders across the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal planning through post-deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational finance Integration & Separation projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Assist finance leadership on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Provide project management office (PMO) support and lead PMO activities for small to medium-sized engagements.
• Support finance workstreams and help stakeholders achieve project objectives.
• Manage engagement financials and oversee junior team members on larger projects.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
